Lest anyone think I'm the only one who's been taking on new projects, I want to give Adam some props here. My husband has done two things this month that he has never done in his entire life and they both involve food. One was this birthday cake he made me (he went back over with a knife and "unsmoothed" the frosting after I smoothed it out) and the other was this beautiful meal that he made me for Mother's Day. Here's to many good meals in the future that I don't have to cook!
