23 Weeks

Excuse me, but ... when did all this happen? I don't think I was this big with Charlotte until I was at least 30 weeks. Whaaaaaa!

Happy Birthday, Mamacita

I turned 34 on Sunday! Adam threw me a great birthday/graduation party on Saturday night, complete with Potbelly sandwiches, Costco cake, and a beautiful necklace from Tiffany. Thanks so much for all of the love, honey. You're the best!

Isn't She Lovely?

I found two more pictures of Charlotte from our adventure in the Brenham Bluebonnets. Enjoy these and some others from our April adventures below.

"My mom went to Duke to defend her doctoral dissertation and all I got was this AWESOME Duke Championship shirt."

Cha-Cha loves her aunt Ashley, who finally got Charlotte to keep something in her hair for more than five minutes for the first time.

I'm not the only one celebrating a graduation. Charlotte has recently joined us at the dinner table.

Ah, the joy of swimming!

Trying on her new floatee for the pool.

Enjoying the playground at Hermann Park.

Trying out the "big girl" swing.

Riding the little red train around Hermann Park. She started screaming every time it slowed down to stop and had a full-on tantrum when the ride ended.

And breaking with the all-Charlotte theme of this post, a final picture of our little cousin Baby Kaitlyn, just because she is so cute!

Popsicle--A Photo Essay Starring Charlotte

Easter Saturday

I know, a good blogger would have had these pictures up a month ago ... but better late than never! This year, Charlotte enjoyed the Saturday festivities at our community park, including a moonwalk just for little kids and a small hoard of Easter eggs filled with non-candy treats. (Sunday wasn't nearly as exciting.)

Charlotte also enjoyed the playground with Magnum P.I. after the egg hunt. (Just kidding, honey!)

"Let me down, Mom!"

Capping off Easter Saturday with a refreshing frolic in the pool.

Where's the candy?
